Virginia Beach
Hampton Roads boasts more than 29 miles of beaches, Virginia Beach being the most infamous 14 miles of it.  However, if you think that’s all Virginia Beach has to offer then you are in for a treat.
 
Promoted as a year round destination, Virginia Beach is rich in history, culture, and natural beauty. Virginia Beach is host to activities sure to please sports enthusiasts, outdoorsmen, history buffs, and beach comers of all ages.
 
Residents of Virginia Beach enjoy a beach vacation all year long! Of course, the difficult part of living in Virginia Beach is deciding what to do first.
 
Located at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, Virginia Beach is a bustling recreational port that supports a booming economy.  It is the fastest growing city in the East and is called home by nearly half a million people. This area is home to over 150 farms, a construction and real estate market that are growing at a vigorous rate, as well as a hot spot for Convention and Trade shows.

The award-winning Newport News Public School division educates approximately 32,500 children in five early childhood centers, 28 elementary schools, nine middle schools and five high schools.
